The Swedish Committee for Afghanistan, SCA, is a large non-governmental member organisation which has been working with development programs in Afghanistan since 1982. Context’s Holger Nilén is at present evaluating SCA’s information activities. They include seminars, a magazine, a web page, twinning between schools in Sweden and Afghanistan, among others.
